Established in 2024, Social Clics is a forward-thinking social media marketing agency, specialising in the property industry. Working closely with property developers, independent agents and experts to significantly increase sales and build highly recognisable, trustworthy brands through strategic use of social platforms and digital marketing.

Our story began when our founder started her career in property sales, selling off-plan developments in the UK and Dubai to investors and end users. It quickly became evident how influential marketing is in the sales process. Buyers showed a preference for properties developed by less experienced developers who had strong marketing strategies, rather than those from established developers with less effective marketing which has become a noticable trend within the real estate industry.  

 

Fascinated by the underperformance of companies with strong track records and high-quality stock due to their competitors' more effective marketing strategies, the idea of Social Clics was born. Drawing from the experience of helping clients acquire their dream homes and investment properties, the journey led to the creation of an agency dedicated to elevating the online presence of property businesses.
